CANCELLATION POLICY

At Waxology, we request at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or if said client decided to “No-Show” we will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Clients who are late 10 minutes or more will be considered a “No-Show” and charged 50% of the service amount. **Note: If you are paying with a card, there is a 3% processing fee.
